Delivery and returns.

Delivery

Every UK order ships free on a tracked 48 hour service. There is no minimum spend and no option to pay for something faster, because the standard service is already the fast one.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, goes out on the next working day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.

Outside the UK

We currently ship free within the United Kingdom. If you are elsewhere, email [email protected] before you order and we will confirm whether we can reach you, what it costs and how long it takes.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The bracelet needs to come back unworn and in its original box.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid returns label the same working day.
3. Drop it at any post office or collection point.
4. Your refund is issued within three working days of it reaching us, back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If it is simply the wrong size, say so in your email and we will send the other size rather than refunding you. That is usually quicker than returning and reordering. The size guide will help you pick the right one this time.

If something arrives faulty

Send us a photo and we will replace it. A faulty item is not a return in the change of mind sense, and your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Order tracking

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If it has been more than three working days since dispatch and tracking has not updated, email us and we will chase the courier rather than asking you to.
