Placing an order

Adding something to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed incorrectly.

Price and payment

The IONISS Hematite Bracelet is £24.99. Prices include VAT where applicable and include free 48 hour tracked UK delivery. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment provider. If a payment fails, the order does not proceed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on a working day the same day, and to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch. Those are targets rather than guarantees, because the final leg is with a courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling and returning

If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We extend that voluntarily to 30 days.

To cancel, email us. The bracelet must come back unworn and in its original box. We refund you within three working days of the item reaching us, to your original payment method.

Faulty goods

If what arrives is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that nothing here limits. Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

What the product is, and is not

IONISS bracelets are jewellery and wellbeing accessories. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Any references to grounding, balance or focus describe cultural and historical associations with hematite, not clinical effects. If something is affecting your health or wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.

Natural variation

Hematite is a natural stone. Small variations in tone, finish and marking between beads are inherent to the material rather than defects, and are part of why no two bracelets are quite identical.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
