Refund policy.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items

We sell one product, so the list of things we cannot take back is short. Certain types of item cannot be returned, including custom or personalised orders and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending anything back and we will tell you.

Sale items cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one. If the issue is sizing, the size guide is worth two minutes before you reorder.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, those rights apply in addition to everything above.
